Every ritual follows a clear protocol: calm the body, release tension, slow the mind, and prepare for deeper sleep, delivered by therapists trained in slow-rhythm pressure, trigger-point release, and pineal-zone reflex work.
We keep it intentional: only 6–8 sessions daily, hand-blended sleep oils, a real garden setting, and guidance from a Spiritual Yogi and Wellness Practitioner.
