Couple Connection · Hero Tier
One of you

Slow
the day
until

&
The other

you
are
together again.

A 150-minute integrated ritual for two — a quiet conversation between herbal infusion, breathwork, body therapy, and a shared detox soak. Composed for couples who want, just for one afternoon, to lay everything else down and find each other in stillness.

“Reconnect, slow down, and return to a shared sense of calm.”

The Modern Couple

Two people
in love and
a little distracted.

The most loving relationships still drift — into separate phones, separate to-do lists, separate kinds of tiredness. The fix is rarely a longer conversation. Most often, it is a longer silence, shared.

  • i

The way being beside each other has, lately, started feeling a little like being alone — in two different rooms.

  • ii

The desire for an experience that isn’t two solo treatments side by side, but one ritual you take together.

  • iii

A holiday that already has dinners, beaches, hikes — but needs one moment of shared, deliberate slowness.

  • iv

The wish to fall asleep tonight, side by side, with the same calm in your bodies and the same depth of rest in your minds.

Our Promise to The Pair

Three quiet things
we restore.

01 Stillness

Shared Quiet

The kind of silence couples cannot find at home. Within ten minutes of arrival, both of your nervous systems begin to settle into the same low frequency.

02 Synchrony

Same Tempo

Mirrored slow-rhythm bodywork, paired reflexology, and a facing facial — the body therapies are intentionally synchronised so the two of you arrive at rest together.

03 Reunion

Returning Home

Closing in a shared 37–39°C herbal soak followed by hand-poured tea. The afternoon ends with both of you in the same body of quiet — the place couples used to call ‘us.’

Phase I · The Opening · 15 min

Together, before
a single hand has touched skin.

Two paired acts of grounding — performed in parallel, in the same quiet room, each of you bathed in the same essential blend, breathing to the same singing bowl.

i. 5 minutes

Foot Wash · Magnesium Salt

Performed at the same time, in seated stillness opposite each other. Warm magnesium-lavender water lowers sympathetic activity within minutes — both bodies softening in tandem.

shared outcome — a synchronised drop into rest.

ii. 10 minutes

Pranayama & Singing Bowl

A guided 4·7·8 breath sequence layered over a long, sustained singing-bowl tone. The shared resonance pulls both nervous systems into the theta band — the gateway to deep, paired sleep.

shared outcome — mental looping releases for both.

Phase II · 60 minutes

Two beds.
One tempo.

A full-body slow-rhythm massage with sleep-grade lavender oil — performed by two therapists working at the same pace, hand-by-hand, across six anatomical anchors. The room moves as one body.

One of you
  • 01

    Upper Trapezius

Shoulder & neck fold — releases the ‘alert’ mode of work weeks.

  • 02

    Base of Neck

The doorway to the parasympathetic state.

  • 03

    Levator Scapulae

Stiff necks, heavy heads — quietly released.

  • 04

    Around the Scapulae

Upper-back territory; opens the breath cavity.

  • 05

    Pectoralis Upper Chest

Lifts forward-curved shoulders, restores fuller breath.

  • 06

    Trigger Points

Sustained, unhurried pressure until each knot answers.

The other
  • 01

    Upper Trapezius

Same anatomical site, same slow-rhythm tempo, same lavender oil.

  • 02

    Base of Neck

A mirror release; both of you opening the gate to rest.

  • 03

    Levator Scapulae

A symmetrical softening of head and neck weight.

  • 04

    Around the Scapulae

The breath of one beginning to match the breath of the other.

  • 05

    Pectoralis Upper Chest

Heart space opening — in synchrony.

  • 06

    Trigger Points

Both bodies released into the same depth of rest.

Lavender oil · slow-rhythm pressure · light to medium · never haste.

Phase III · 30 minutes

Two reflex maps,
facing each other.

The Bath · Intent

A Shared Pre-Sleep Cooling

As the warmed core temperature cools on exit, your bodies receive the same biological cue — it is time to sleep. You leave the soak with paired skin temperatures, paired heart rates, and a shared depth of quiet.

a private bath, a public secret — this is the closing.

Closing · The Tea

An evening tea,
poured for two.

The ritual closes at a low table in the garden, where a hand-poured ginger-pandan-lemongrass-chamomile tea is served — warm, settling, gently floral. Drink it slowly. The afternoon takes its time to land.

+i Boreh Mask · for Two

A traditional Balinese warming spice paste applied to both bodies in tandem — clove, ginger, sandalwood, rice flour. Deeper muscular release, side by side.

+ii Hair Spa · Paired

Two slow scalp rituals with warm coconut and rosemary infusion — the small muscles of the scalp, the last quiet noise of the day, released for both at once.

After 150 Minutes

You return to
each other.

i

Shared Stillness

The same low frequency, in both nervous systems. The kind of quiet couples used to find without trying.

ii

Paired Sleep

Both of you fall into deeper sleep tonight, with the same depth of rest, often within minutes of each other.

iii

Soft Reunion

A noticeable warmth in how you turn toward each other in the days following — the simplest measure of the ritual’s work.
